Peak Performance At An Affordable Price.
Since their introduction, Shure PSM systems have become known as the best personal monitors available for sound quality, flexibility and affordability.
What’s more, Shure PSM systems are simple to use, conserve space on stage, and are easy to transport.
Touring Quality Sound, Right In Your Ear.
PSM systems deliver a full frequency range and great stereo separation. An impressive signal-to-noise ratio minimizes ear fatigue while increasing fidelity.
Result: you can concentrate better on your performance because you can hear your mix more clearly at lower volumes. Your audience will hear a better
performance, too, because no wedges means no feedback and a cleaner mix for the room.
The Secret To The Sound.
No other monitor system sounds like the PSM system because none has Shure’s exclusive MixMode
®
technology. MixMode technology allows unprecedented
personal control at the receiver over the mix you hear in your ears, providing the ultimate in system flexibility. MixMode is one of the system’s three
operational modes (along with stereo and mono). By using the PSM system’s stereo matrixing capability in a two-channel mono configuration, MixMode
provides an impressive array of options. For example:
• If channel A sends the band’s mono monitor mix and channel B sends the user’s instrument (or voice), a simple adjustment of the side knob balance
control allows the user to adjust the level of his or her own voice or instrument relative to the band’s mono monitor mix.
• If channel A is used for lead instruments and B for the rhythm section, users can adjust the receiver to hear the “lead-to-rhythm” balance they prefer.
• If channel A is monitor mix and B is crowd noise, the user can turn the crowd up or down as desired, to really feel connected to the audience.
• If channel A is monitor mix and B is click track, musicians who want to hear more of the click can do so at their individual levels.
MixMode gives users a world of new possibilities, limited only by their personal performance needs and imagination.
Easy On The Ears.
PSM earphones provide numerous advantages over typical earbuds.
The natural design allows the earphone to fit comfortably in the ear
canal while a tight seal provides isolation and a snug fit that holds
the earphone in place.
The Shure E5 is the first universal dual-driver earphone on the market.
These unique yet universal-fitting earphones feature Shure’s own Low
Mass/High Energy™ drivers for an extended frequency response
resulting in truly incredible sound. The new E3 universal fit earphone features a single low-mass/high energy driver housed in an attractive low-profile
enclosure.
PSM earphone systems include six pairs of foam ear tips per earphone. If you prefer, Shure offers other options (see back of brochure).
Custom Sleeves for both the E3 and E5 earphones are available.
The PSM
®
600 —
The Ultimate In Economies Of Scale.
The PSM 600 features crystal-controlled analog operation.
Ten personal stereo mixes*can be created using as many PSM 600
wireless transmitters. Or, by using only one PSM wireless transmitter
along with several PSM 600 wireless receivers, bands using a single
monitor mix can have a full professional monitor system for a
fraction of the usual cost.
For musicians who maintain a single position throughout the
performance, PSM 600 wired bodypacks are the perfect choice, allowing a direct patch from the sound board to your ears.
